Soft wheat bran

Wheat bran can be eaten raw, adding a table spoon in milk, yoghurt, tea, soups, salads or boiled vegetables.

Wheat bran could also be mixed (in measure of 10-20%) with flour, for making home bread, cakes or biscuits.


The soft wheat bran is obtained from the milling of soft wheat. A simple and natural mode to insert fibre in daily diet. Fibre contained in bran, helps intestinal peristalsis and quickly satisfied appetite.
