Cocoa soft cake
Cakes and cookies
75 g soft wheat flour
50 g corn starch
40 g sour chocolate powder
200 g softened butter
200 g powdered sugar
a bit of yeast.
You can also add vanilla flavour.
Whip the butter and the sugar as a cream. Add the yolks (one at time), the soft wheat flour, the corn starch, the chocolate powder and the yeast. Mix well all the ingredients.
Whip the whites and add them to the mix. Pour into a buttered and floured tin.
Oven cook at 180 °C for about half an hour.
