120 g  butter
3 eggs
120 g  milk.

PREPARATION

Pour the cake mix into a bowl and add soft butter, eggs, and milk. Knead with an electric mixer until a homogeneous and smooth dough is obtained. Butter and flour a cake pan with a 22 cm diameter, pour in and level the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes. Check the cooking by inserting a toothpick in the middle of the cake: If it remains clean, the cake is cooked. Remove from the mould and leave to cool on a plate.
