Cakes and cookies
120 g butter
180 g milk
A zest of a lemon according to your taste
Pour into a bowl the cakes mix and add soft butter, eggs and the milk. Mix the ingredients with an electric mixer or with a spoon, until a smooth and homogenous dough is obtained. Butter and flour a cake pan with diameter of 22 cm, pour in and level the dough. Bake in preheated oven at 180 °C for 45 minutes. Check the cooking putting a stick into the center of the cake: if it remains clean, the cake is cooked. Take it out of the mold and let it cool on a dish.
