Tart with Ricotta cheese

TO ADD

1 egg, 100 g  butter.

FILLING

300 g  Ricotta cheese
200 g  amaretti biscuits (Italian almond biscuits)
1 egg
150 g  sugar
50 g  ground almonds.

PREPARATION

Pour the cake mix, the egg, and the butter (cut in small pieces) into a bowl. Quickly mix the ingredients until a homogenous dough is obtained. Cover it with a film and let it rest in the fridge for 1 hour. After resting, spread 2/3 of the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper up to a thickness of half a centimetre. Cover the bottom and the edges of a tray with a diameter of 24 cm with the dough. Prepare the filling by mixing Ricotta cheese, crumbled amaretti, egg, sugar and ground almonds. Pour and level the dough. Decorate the cake with the remaining dough. Bake at 180° for 30 minutes.
