100 g  butter.

Jam (according to your taste)

PREPARATION

Pour the cake mix into a bowl, add egg and butter cut into pieces.  Knead quickly the ingredients until a homogenous dough is obtained.  Cover it with a film and let it rest in the fridge for an hour. After resting, spread 2/3 of the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper up to a thickness of half a centimetre. Cover with the dough the bottom and edges of a baking tray with a diameter of 24 cm. Spread the jam over the cake. Use the remaining dough to make rolls and decorate the surface of the cake. Bake at 170° for 30 minutes.
