Semi-whole crackers with sesame

INGREDIENTS

200 g flours type “0”
100 g whole wheat flour
100 g  sesame
200 g  water
2 spoons of extra-virgin oil
salt

PREPARATION

In a large bowl mix the flours and the sesame. Add oil, water and knead until a soft dough is obtained. Let it rest for 20 minutes at ambient temperature, in the meanwhile, heat the oven at 200°. After the rest time, pull a thin sheet with the rolling pin and cut the crackers into the desired shape. Place them on a tray covered with oven paper and brush them with extra-virgin oil. Cook for 15 minutes until browned.
