120 g  butter
1 egg
1 yolk

PREPARATION

Pour the mix for cake into a bowl, add cold butter (cut into pieces) and eggs. Mix quickly with the hands until is obtained a smooth and homogenous dough. Shape the cookies on baking paper.  Bake at 160 °C for 15-18 minutes.
