INGREDIENTS FOR ABOUT 20 COOKIES

100 g  flour type “0”
100 g  wholemeal soft wheat flour
70 g  oat bran (+ a spoon for the decoration)
70 g chestnut honey
50 g sunflower oil
10 g  vanilla baking powder
3 spoons of water

PREPARATION

Mix the flours with the vanilla baking powder and the oat bran. Make a fountain, add honey, oil and water. Knead until you have a soft dough, adding little water if needed. Form small spheres with a spoon, crush them slightly with the retchees of a fork and sprinkle the biscuits with the oat bran. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes until golden brown.
