100 g  butter
1 egg
1 egg yolk.

PREPARATION

Pour the cake mix in a bowl, add egg and cold butter cut in pieces. Mix quickly with the hands until a homogenous dough is obtained. On a baking paper give a shape to the cookies. Bake at 160 °C for 15-18 minutes.
