The vanillin is suitable to flavor delicately cakes, homemade puddings and creams, cooked fruits and syrups.
In the preparation of cakes one packet is enough for about 500 g of flour; such doses may be adjusted to taste. We recommend adding it to the flour, stirring well. During cooking, the delicate scent of vanilla doesn’t lose the intensity.
