The soft wheat semolina is perfect for a professional utilisation from alimentary preparations (fresh pasta, « gnocchi » and pastries), to sprinkling in bakery.
The semolina GRANITO could be used with durum wheat semolina or with soft wheat flour with high force. The paste obtained with this semolina is particularly homogeneous and with a light colour.
The soft wheat flour GRANITO is obtained from the extraction and milling of selected wheat, in form of a semolina and with a light colour.
The soft wheat semolina is available for professional use in pack of 5 or 25 kg.
