The soft wheat flour type 1 / 80 is ideal for traditional breads, fresh pasta and oven products with rustic aspect, scent and flavor.


This semi-whole wheat flour is used in baking of breads and other baked goods. It is also typically mixed with other lighter “white” flours to restore nutrients (especially fiber, protein and vitamins).
 The breads and bakery products, obtained from this type of flour, are brownish in color, compact, wrinkled and crisp crust.
