The soft wheat flour type 00 for pizza and bun is obtained by the milling of a well-balanced mixture of selected nationals and foreigners wheat. It is characterized by:

  • a good force (W= 230-260) and a good quality and quantity of proteins;
  • an high capacity of absorption et a very good yield of the paste.


Soft wheat flour 00 for pizza and bun is available with packets of 1 kg for an home use and in packs of 5 et 25 kg for a professional use.
