Rice Flour

It is a raw material used in cooking like sprinkling or ingredient in the preparation of cakes and biscuits.

The rice flour could be used to thicken creams, puddings and chocolates and also sauces and soups. It is sufficient to add only 1 or 2 spoons.
In the preparations of desserts it could replace soft wheat flour (until 50%) to obtain softer cakes and friable biscuits.

The rice flour is obtained from the milling of rice, without impurity or strangers substances.
