“Petali di crusca” is an extruded product, with high fiber content, that can be enjoyed at any time of the day: at breakfast, in salads, in soups or mixed with cooked vegetables.


“Petali di crusca” is obtained by using simple and natural ingredients: bran and wheat flour. The extrusion is a cooking process that use high temperatures and high pressure to transform the raw materials into a final product ready to eat. “Petali di crusca” have an high fiber content, are no added sugars (contains naturally occurring sugars) and have a salt content exclusively due to the presence of naturally occurring sodium.
