Mix for fresh Pasta

Particularly adapt to prepare speciality like: “lasagne, gnocchi, tagliatelle, ravioli and orecchiette”.

It could be used for manual preparation or with machine. It doesn’t make clots and let to obtain a fresh paste with a yellow colour and a good consistence after cooking.
