HOW TO USE
The Khorasan flour is made from the milling of khorasan organic grain, an ancient relative of durum wheat. Despite his millennial history, khorasan grain is still an important part of nowadays sustainable agriculture; it has a bigger caryopsis than common wheat and contains more protein, lipids, amino acids, vitamins and minerals.
