Instant corn semolina

Proper for the preparation of classic “polenta” or typical desserts with corn semolina (biscuits, cakes, pancakes). The use of corn semolina Istantanea reduce the time of cooking at only five minutes.

The corn semolina Istantanea (medium grains) is obtained from the milling of the corn pre-cooked with vapour.

The Istantanea is available for home use in packs of 500 g.
