Crema Chantilly

The box contains two packets of 60 g each of preparation for cream.

WHAT TO ADD

For each packet add 250 ml of cold milk.

ADVICE FOR A GOOD PRAPARATION

Necessary equipments
An electric mixer and a bowl.

• Put in the bowl the cold milk directly from the refrigerator. Add the preparation and amalgamate with care.
• Mix all with electric mixer at the maximum speed for about 3-4 minutes.
• Put the cream in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before to serve.
