Chestnut flour is a versatile and flavour full ingredient. This flour is ideal for baked goods, sweets, pancakes and desserts.

It can be used alone or mixed with wheat flour.

THE PRODUCT

From the milling of dried chestnuts is obtained a light brown flour with a distinctive aroma, pleasing sweet taste and a slightly pasty texture when cooked. Unlike other nuts, chestnuts have a high starch and water content but low protein and fat levels.
